Designs are priced on the scope of services. What’s included?

• Black & White Plan: This plan will provide an overhead view of your design in black and white. 
• Color Rendered Plan: While we use AutoCAD to generate the house and hardscape features of our plans, we hand draw and color our rendered plans to give them warmth and a personal touch.
• Dimension Plan (when applicable): Created in AutoCAD 
• Plant Book: Each design comes with a custom-made plant book, so you can reference the plant’s appearance as you review the plans.
• Itemized Estimate: Everything has its own line item which makes it easy to see what funds are being invested where.
• 3D Renderings (upon request): 3D renderings are available upon request. There is a separate service fee associated based on scope and time to create the 3D model.

How Do You Maintain Your Landscape Design Once It's Completed?

To maintain your completed landscape design, prioritize tasks like watering, mulching, pruning, weeding, and fertilizing based on the specific needs of your plants and soil conditions. 

Regular lawn care, pest and disease management, and seasonal cleanup are essential. Maintain hardscape elements and outdoor lighting, and ensure your irrigation system is in good working order. 

Protect sensitive plants during winter, conduct soil testing, and keep detailed records of your landscape. 

When necessary, seek professional assistance for specialized tasks. Consistent and proactive maintenance will preserve the health, beauty, and functionality of your landscape over time.
