• Begin making plans now to schedule new or additional landscaping before spring.
• Plant trees, shrubs and roses.
• Prune trees and trim roses.
• Remove any remaining seed pods from crape myrtles.
• Be sure to clean your gutters, especially if you have lots of trees around your house.
• This is the best time to fertilize trees.
• Test your sprinklers before spring planting.
• Sprinklers should be set to water 1 time in a 2 week period.
