this month you should...

• Mulch your beds before any bitter cold spells.
• Call to schedule January tree pruning.
• Do not use weed killers on your lawn at this time since the grass is dormant.
• Stop applying fertilizer to trees and shrubs.
• Winterize your lawn the first part of December.
• Sprinklers should be set to water 1 time in a 2 week period.  Operation of the rain/freeze sensor should be checked.
