this month you should...

  • This is the best time to trim trees, besides January, because trees are dormant from heat and there is no exposure to the oak wilt beetle.
  • Pinch any spent blooms off of your crape myrtles to encourage re-blooming.
  • Continue to fertilize your lawn.
  • Your hanging baskets need to be watered twice a day.
  • Sprinklers should be set to water 4 times per week.
